We Care Deeply
The Perrigo Crisis Relief Fund facilitates a way for colleagues to support and care for their peers facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or unforeseen, extreme situation. 100% of donations go directly to Perrigo colleagues in need.

Our three Business Inclusion Groups (BIGs) are vibrant, employee-led communities that strengthen belonging across our company. The LGBTQ+, Women’s, and Multicultural BIGs lead meaningful discussions, community involvement initiatives, career development and relationship building opportunities for team members to connect, collaborate, and drive business impact. Open to all Perrigo colleagues, our BIGs not only enhance employee engagement, empower employees, amplify their voices, and cultivate a culture that celebrates our differences and encourages collaboration.
Learning & Growing Together
Learning fuels belonging. Through our leadership development programs, live workshops and on-demand learning, employees learn about psychological safety, unconscious bias, cross-cultural collaboration and other essential skills for our global workforce.


Racial Equity
Our Multicultural BIG exists to provide a greater sense of belonging for individuals who identify with an ethnic, racial, or cultural minority group at Perrigo.
They also draw awareness to multicultural topics and reinforce the value everyone brings to Perrigo.
Perrigo also sponsors the Grand Rapids African American Museum and Archives, enabling the preservation of over 3,000 artifacts that tell the rich stories and highlight the importance of African Americans and their communities in West Michigan.
Disability Inclusion

Disability inclusion promotes a society that values diversity and treats every person with respect, dignity, and fairness. United States Veteran’s
U.S. Veteran's Day is a time to honor, support, and remember those who have defended the U.S. through unwavering dedication and sacrifice. It is an occasion for Americans to express gratitude, educate younger generations, and extend support to veterans who have or are actively serving in the armed forces.
Each November 11, Perrigo recognizes Veteran’s Day with a formal flag raising ceremony, an open house style celebration, and by presenting colleagues who have served in the armed forces with a different coin each year as a token of gratitude.
