How long have you worked at Perrigo? I’ve worked for Perrigo for 5 years. At the time that I joined I was working as a sales controller and looking for a new challenge to broaden my knowledge and experience. Perrigo offers a lot of opportunities to develop yourself and grow in your role. I have recently been promoted to my third position at Perrigo as Head of FP&A for Belgium, Netherlands, and France!
What is it about Omega Pharma, A Perrigo Company that makes it that little bit easier getting up on a Monday morning? Perrigo has a great entrepreneurial spirit. How would you best describe the FP&A function at Perrigo Belgium? We are building a dynamic team, who are not afraid to identify areas of improvement! We are a team focused on becoming increasingly more efficient with the desire to build out our own reporting tools with the end goal in mind to have more time to do value added analysis and support the local commercial business!
How would best describe your management style? I have an open communication style and I am not afraid of honest feedback! It is important for me to be a sounding board for my team and identify the best way to move forward together. I wish for everybody within my team to be able to develop themselves tp their full potential both professionally and personally!
What are the ideal attributes you are looking for in an FP&A colleague? An FP&A analyst should be analytically strong, open-minded, a good communicator, agile, collaborative, and accountable! It is also useful to have some commercial business partnering experience and be proficient in self-service BI tools (preferably Power BI).
