How long have you worked here? I have worked at Perrigo for 1 year - I have just celebrated my 1 year anniversary in July! My background is in consumer products, selling Store Brand First Aid.
Can you tell us more about your role and background? I am an Account Executive on the National Brand team, with focus on the Value Channel. The top retailers that fall into this channel consist of Dollar General, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. Prior to joining Perrigo I worked in sales for a Store Brand CPG company, supplying First Aid products.
What attracted you to join Perrigo? At my previous company I was fortunate enough to have connected with various Perrigo employees. This occurred through partnering on promotions at different retailers and interacting at customer meetings / trade shows. I was always impressed with the quality of products and integrity of the individuals I met.
What made you think the role with Perrigo ticked more boxes than roles in other companies? The Talent Acquisition Consultant I worked with was very professional and transparent throughout the interview process
How would you describe the leadership style at Perrigo? In my experience I have found leadership to be professional and always supportive. I have always been given the autonomy to make decisions to do what is best for Perrigo and our consumers.
What is your favourite thing to do outside of work? I enjoy spending time on my boat exploring Sarasota, Florida!
