We believe career progression to be one of the most important factors in our Dublin office. We are focused on providing support to our colleagues to upskill and develop both personally and professionally, through our education support program. We are also huge advocates of lateral and cross-functional moves within the business. While we love to hire talent into the business, we are equally proud of the constant stream of internal promotions.
What’s your favourite part about the Dublin location?
We have a great team in Dublin. Our people are brilliant and the environment we work in is unique. We have a great sports and social program where we can get together and build relationships on a social level. During the pandemic it has been a change for us all as our social events had to move to a virtual format! I believe there is a truly diverse culture in the office as we have colleagues from all over the globe.
How would you describe the leadership style at Perrigo Dublin?
